I wanted take a minute to tell you how pleased we are with our new SF shutters. The installation, appearance, and function of the shutters are perfect.

I must command your installer (Paul) for his skills in removing window drapes, rods, window blind and subsequent shutter installation. He was particularly careful not to bump or damage any study items and left no debris in the work area. He was very polite and answered my questions before and during the shutter installation. He demonstrated shutter operation after he finished. Again, thanks for a job "well done."
